We commit to processing your orders within 1 to 2 business days. However, during peak times, this timeframe may be slightly extended, and we apologize in advance. Standard delivery times vary from 7 to 12 days.

INCORRECT OR MODIFIED COORDINATES
We would appreciate it if you could contact us immediately at the email address located at the bottom of the site to modify your order in time. If the package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. If the product is returned, we will contact you to decide on the next steps. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
PACKAGE TRACKING
We offer tracked shipping for every order. You can see the progress of your package directly on our "Track my order" page accessible from the site menu. Please note that tracking information may take 3 to 5 days to be updated in the system.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED AFTER 25 DAYS
Your order may take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we do not have total control over the delivery process. Please contact us by email, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors.
If 3 business days have passed since your package was marked as delivered and you have not received your order, please contact us by email.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
We have complete confidence in our products, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy from the receipt of your order, with no risk to you! The merchandise must simply be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item in this case, you will need to send us an email including a photo or video of the item along with your complaint. We will then contact you to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
REFUND OF MERCHANDISE
Once your return is inspected, we will contact you to proceed with the refund. The refund will be made to the payment method used during your payment.
RETURN FORM
We are very aware of the impact on our planet. As part of our ongoing efforts in sustainability, we are making positive changes to contribute to a better future. These changes include eliminating return papers and invoices from orders in packages.
You will see that it is not necessary to have these documents, as they can be sent via email.
It therefore makes sense not to include them. We always strive to do what is right and to improve our impact on the world around us.
REFUND TO ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD
No, we can only process refunds to the original payment method. The only alternative is to offer gift cards (credit) for the total refund amount.

TAKING MEASUREMENTS
For bust measurement: position the measuring tape at the level of the fullest part of the bust.
For waist measurement: position the measuring tape at the level of the narrowest part of the torso.
For hip measurement: position the measuring tape at the widest part of the hips.
If you find yourself between two sizes, take the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE
You purchased a garment from us and it doesn’t fit! Don’t worry!
With us, exchanging your garment is possible by being aware of our 'Return and Refund Policy'. With our satisfaction guarantee, you have 14 days to try on your clothing (except for certain items that cannot be returned).

I AM BETWEEN 2 SIZES
If you have measured yourself and find yourself between two sizes, always take the larger size rather than the smaller one. Since our clothing is designed in high-quality stretchy fabric that hugs the silhouette, the larger size should provide you with a perfect fit and effective support.

TAKING CARE OF CLOTHING
Read the care label: By doing so, you will avoid any washing, drying, or ironing errors due to incorrect settings. Make sure you understand the meaning of the symbols.
Generally, follow these guidelines:
- Most of our sportswear is made from synthetic fibers such as nylon, elastane, and polyester. It is this type of material that provides sufficient compression and some stretch to our clothing. If the washing is set at a high temperature, it may get damaged and shrink. Another advantage of washing at low temperatures is that it is sustainable, as high temperature wastes a lot of energy!
- Wash garments with similar colors to avoid color transfer during washing, especially for dark-colored garments.
- Turn the garments inside out (if applicable). Your clothes will be better cleaned as sweat, dead skin cells, and bacteria accumulate and cause unpleasant odors.
- Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean. It is preferable to air dry your shaped garments to preserve their elasticity; otherwise, their lifespan will be reduced. This also helps reduce our greenhouse gas emissions!

5. Review all items in your cart - if you are ready to finalize your order, click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
6. Finalize your order by filling in all the necessary information on the payment page: Customer details, delivery address, billing address, delivery method, payment information.
7. If you have a discount code, enter it at the payment step.
8. Review your order once more, ensuring that you have the right item (chosen product(s), quantity, color, and size).
9. Click "Complete Order" to initiate the process of sending your package.

DISCOUNT CODE
Discount codes are case-sensitive (uppercase, lowercase, and space) and only one is applied per purchase.
You can apply it during the checkout process, on the right side that describes your order. There is a box labeled "discount code"... Once you have entered this code, click on "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro) as well as express payment options like Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our base currency is €, so if you are purchasing from abroad, make sure you know the daily exchange rate of your currency at the time of the transaction.
Did you receive a prepaid gift card? You can use it to pay for your order.
We also offer a later payment option through Klarna. Please note that these options are NOT express payment options as above; these later payment options are found at the end of the checkout process. It is the same page where you have the option to pay with a credit or debit card.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed based on item availability but also based on the availability of sizes and colors you are ordering.
During peak times, product availability may change while processing your order.
Most orders placed from Monday to Thursday are processed and shipped from our warehouses within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting Monday and will ship from our warehouses within 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed on holidays.
OUT OF STOCK ITEM
Don't worry! Although we regularly restock our inventory, there may be times when we are out of stock. If this happens, send us an email and our support team will be able to inform you of the date of our next product delivery.
